A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Ricard and Muscat. Made in the traditional Borovitza Winery style with minimal intervention, without preservatives and cooling systems. Result of slow and quiet fermentation, in small stainless steel vessels with natural yeast.

Rich and sparkling golden-greenish color. Expansive, complex nose with notes of salted butter caramel and green olive with almond. Very complex, buttery and sophisticated in the mouth with a memorable, nutty-salty finish, but also a memory of butter caramel. A debatable wine, but definitely not leaving anyone indifferent.
