Dry red wine from the most popular Bulgarian grape variety Mavrud. Rich and beautiful ruby red color. Elegant, noble nose with notes of roasted red pepper, dried tomato, cocoa and delicate earthy notes. Medium body, fresh and spicy at the same time with ripe grainy tannins and a long finish with a memory of dried tomatoes and red pepper. Treated with zeolite to purify the wine and the body. Aging: 50% of the wine - 12 months in French barrels, second filling – 50% in stainless steel tank.
