This wine is a blend of carefully selected wines produced from Bulgarian grape varieties – Gamza, Bouquet, Evmolpia and Rubin in the Borovitsa winery.

The four different grape varieties bring the diversity and depth of this wine.

The fermentation of the individual wines is tailored to the respective variety.

The combination of the barrels of different origins and the different percentages in the blend shape the wine, which has a character and vision of the unique northwest.

Aging - 34 months in barrels.
