Fermentation is spontaneous. It was aged for 13 months in French oak barrels. Characteristics: Opaque, highly concentrated color. Impressive aromas of black berries, cherries, cocoa, chocolate, walnut leaves, medlars, spicy spices, etc. Lush, dense body with a very long aftertaste. A wine with serious aging potential. Suitable foods: beef, game (deer, roe deer), pork and lamb, pasta with ragout. It also goes very well with different types of cheese.
