Rubin is a Bulgarian grape variety, created by crossing Syrah and Nebbiolo. The wine is elegant but bold! Unadulterated, purely varietal! It has a graceful medium body, soft, although still young tannins, charming acids. Spicy in the aroma, but with fruity flavour. The taste beggin with attack of juicy cherries, black mulberries and blueberries, while black pepper and cloves in the aftertaste reminds of the enchantment of the variety.
