Dry roze wine, a blend of Syrah and Mourvedre. The wine has a sparkling, delicate, pale pink color with quartz hues. It is fresh, elegant, and balanced. The taste has a soft attack, with a juicy yet firm body and a spicy citrus finish. The wine ages "sur lie" for 6 months. The batches are then blended, stabilized, filtered, and bottled.
