DeVina Tessera Dimyat Diva is 100% Dimyat grape variety, vinified with "wild" spontaneous fermentation without the use of cultivated yeast. Dimyat is an old local Bulgarian wine grape variety.

Color: Medium pale straw.

Aroma: Multi-layered bouquet, delicate aroma of yellow fruit and lime, combined with the characteristic vanilla of the variety, with a pleasant minerality.

Taste: Tight body with very good freshness. Spicy and salty in the taste that reinforces the aromas. Medium body with a fresh-spicy finish.
