Dry rose wine from Merlot. The wine is made from hand-picked grapes in early September with a sugar content of 24%. It was cooled at a low temperature, for several days on the fine sediments before fermentation. It was aged for 3 months on them in a stainless steel vessel. The vines are 55-year-old plantations located on the southern slopes of Sakar Mountain. Soil - red clay, with marble pieces. Ecologically clean area. Characteristics: Aroma of citrus fruits, melon, coconut, etc.. Body - dense, very oily and powerful, strong minerality, lively acidity, long aftertaste. A wine with perfect balance. Suitable for many types of food: Lamb, shrimp, white and dark meat birds, fish, rabbit, spicy pork without heavy sauces, liver. It goes very well with different types of cheese.
