"Bouquet" is a hybrid grape variety created in 1951 after crossing of Mavrud and Pinot Noir.

Medium to full bodied wine with a high acidity levels offset by a hint of cherry, raspberry and blackberry. The tannins are soft and unobtrusive, the alcohol is well integrated. Very good overall balance.
