Dry red wine from Pinot noir and Gamay.
The story of this unplanned combination of the two varieties Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir is connected with one of the harvests, when the two grape varieties were accidentally mixed during the picking. The wine that was made becomes extremely elegant, with velvety tannins and delicate fruity aromas of cherry, red berries and spices, with a pleasant vanilla aftertaste and a long finish. The combination remains in the cellar's offerings as one of the classic wines from the Borovitsa collection.
Aging 28 months in Franch oak barrels.
Limited edition of 300 bottles.
