Dry red wine from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah
Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Syrah (30%) the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 12 to 14 months in bottle before being released. Ripe and intense aromas of dried plum, blackcurrant, mulberry, raisins, mint, which are intertwined with nuances of violets, oaky notes of vanilla, cloves, coffee and chocolate.. A pleasant spiciness completes the aroma and is reminiscent of the character of the Syrah variety. Well-balanced body with velvety, ripe tannins. A blend that is suitable in combination with slow-cooked meat dishes, mature cheeses, grilled red meats and appetizers.
