Dry red wine from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 12 to 14 months in bottle before being released. Ripe and intense aromas of berries, blackcurrant, mulberry, raisins, red pepper, which are intertwined with oaky notes of vanilla, cloves, coffee and chocolate. Lightness and freshness on the palate are reminiscent of the character of the Cabernet Franc variety. Well-balanced body with velvety, ripe tannins. A blend that is suitable in combination with slow-cooked meat dishes, mature cheeses, grilled red meats and appetizers. The wine was honored in the Divino Top 50 for 2022.
