Dry red wine, a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 months in bottle before being released. Ripe and intense aromas of black and red fruits, eucalyptus, olive and leather, which are intertwined with nuances of violets, a sweet perfume and velvety softness. A pleasant spiciness completes the aroma and is reminiscent of the character of the Syrah variety. Well-balanced body with soft, ripe tannins. A blend that is suitable for both everyday consumption and in combination with slow-cooked meat dishes, mature cheeses, grilled red meats and appetizers.
